What we keep and what we don’t

Last updated 7 October 2026

A VPN asks for your trust. This page says exactly what Teal VPN keeps, what it never keeps, and shows the result of the automatic check that runs on every Teal server each day. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Checked automatically

  • Last full check of all servers: loading…
  • Server logs kept in memory only, never on disk: loading…
  • Requests for user data from authorities: loading…
  • Times user data was handed over: loading…

These numbers are filled in by our own systems. They are not an outside audit. When we have an independent audit, its report will be published on this page.

What we keep

What we never keep

One thing every VPN must do: while a device is registered on a server, that server holds the device’s most recent address in its memory, because it needs it to send your traffic back to you. It is never written to disk, never copied to our database, and it is gone when the device is removed or the server restarts.

How the servers are built

Who runs Teal

Teal VPN is made and run by Fxolio LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. We run our own servers; the list is on the locations page. Support answers at support@tealvpn.com.

If something goes wrong

If we ever learn that user data was exposed, we say so on this page within 72 hours of confirming it, and we email every affected account. We will not quietly fix it and move on.

Refunds

Not happy in the first 30 days of a Teal Pro purchase? Email support@tealvpn.com from the address on your account and we refund it. Purchases made in Google Play or the App Store are refunded there, so the money goes back the way it came.

What this page is not

It is our own statement and our own automatic check. It is not an independent audit, and we do not present it as one. If you find something on this page that does not match how Teal VPN behaves, tell us: support@tealvpn.com. To report a security problem, see security.txt.
